    1. Cleanse: Begin with a clean and dry face. 

    2. Prepare the Mask: Unfold the sheet mask, removing any protective layers. 

    3. Application: Apply the mask to your face, ensuring it adheres well, especially around the eyes and mouth. 

    4. Relax: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Take a break! We recommend relaxing and focusing on your breath during this time. 

    5. Massage: Remove the mask and gently massage any remaining serum into your skin. 

    6. Rinse (Optional): You can choose to rinse off any excess serum or leave it on.
